Crackmasters Warranty

Crackmaster offers a guaranteed warranty on all glass repairs and replacements. We stand behind our work and strive to give customers peace of mind when coming to one of our nation wide locations. All replacements are guaranteed for life against all manufacturer defects and faulty installation. Windshield replacements also come with 3 month no-charge repair insurance on rock chips, simply notify original installer of a stone ship within 48 hours and have the stone chip repaired for free. Repairs on stone chips carry a lifetime warranty and crack repairs that are 3 inches or longer carry a 1 year warranty. All warranty claims must be done through the original location and invoice proof must be provided for the work that was done. Warranty does not transfer over if the vehicle is sold. Dealer must be notified of the problem within 48 hours of occurrence. If the dealer deems a repair that has spread as non-reparable, the dealer will refund the original cost toward the cost of a new windshield.
