Wiper blades are finicky old technology that need proper care, or they will either break or possibly even damage your windshield! - Don’t leave your wiper blades on when you park/turn off your vehicle
- Don’t lift up your wiper blades in a snowstorm (try sheathing them in a plastic bag instead)
- Don’t let snow and ice get packed on and around your wiper blades
- Replace your wiper blades often; they are easy to install and inexpensive
